Week 22
Morning all, here are the weekend's parkrun results on what was a gorgeously sunny saturday.
At Alvaston, almost hilariously really, Dan W was first in his age category...as tail walker! In fact, he was the only one in his age category! Nicky P was also first in her age category, as were Pascal S (also getting a course PB), Sharon C and Samuel B who finished in 7th spot. Brian W, David L, Kevin P, Maria G and Susan W (accompanying Dan) also helped out with the volunteering - thanks guys!
At Markeaton, Graham Y was first in his age category, and down the road at Long Eaton, Rachel H got herself a course PB, with Barry B finishing first in his age category. Down the road to the west, Martin S got a course PB at Ashbourne, with Chris S who visited for the first time, and both took in some major sausage cobs afterwards!
Not much to report in the way of tourism with a lot of our runners preparing to run the Ramathon on Sunday, but Robert L made his debut at the busy Princes parkrun in Liverpool.
