Our parkrunners today were greeted with a lovely cool autumn morning and perfect running conditions. At Alvaston where Brian W and Ray E were lending a hand volunteering (thanks as always chaps!), there were top 10 finishes for David G, Jacob G and Sam B all with well-under sub-20 times, with Sam and Jacob landing first in their age category results. And the first in age category results also extended to Chelsea W, Lorna C, Maria G, and Sharon C, so fab running everyone!
Over in Long Eaton our Runner of the Month (Sept), Danielle S continued her successes also getting first in her age category on her first visit to the course.
Further afield Dan W headed to Rosliston and was first in his age category, as was Megan A across in Stoke-on-Trent at The Whammy parkrun, and Kevin P made his debut at the beautiful Sherwood Pines parkrun getting a top ten result. But furthest away from Derby this week was Nicky P who was down near Aylesbury for Wendover Woods parkrun getting first in her age category too!
