A slightly smaller parkrun turnout today for the Green Team this week on a cool late November morning. At Alvaston, where David L, James S & Maria G all chipped in with some volunteering (many thanks guys!), Sam B was on fire again and rocketed home to a glorious 3rd place in 18.26! Danielle S was also the first lady home in 11th spot with a sub-21, and Sheila G was first in her age category.
Over at Long Eaton, John B was first in his age category with Barry B was hot on his heels taking 2nd in the same age bracket. And at Markeaton, six of our runners ran, with Duncan C and Graham Y both 2nd in their age categories. Fiona F helped out sorting the tokens after her run.
On the road, Kevin P was at Bramshall Road in Uttoxeter, winning his age category finishing an excellent fourth, and a little further down the A50 in Stoke, Dan W and Julie M made their debuts at Hanley, and Isabel Trail respectively, Dan also getting a top ten result.
Nicky was over at Rushcliffe parkrun in Nottingham, getting herself a course PB and up in Scotland, Zak found himself a new course in the shape of Drumpellier Country parkrun. Andy and Julie S also made the trip to the lovely Poolsbrook.
