With temperatures being quite mild for November, it made for a rather pleasant morning for parkrunning.
Our runners spread themselves fairly evenly across the three most local parkruns of Alvaston, Markeaton and Long Eaton. At the latter Danielle S, Dan W and Graeme H all took excellent course PBs, with Danielle also coming home as 1st lady! Maria G and Chris M also were 1st in their age categories.
Back in Derby at Alvaston there were course PBs for Sharon C and Sheila G who also won her age category, and at Markeaton Duncan C managed a top twenty position.
On the road this week Andy and Julie S headed to Poolsbrook, Robert L was at Milton Keynes and furthest travelled was Fiona F at Penryn Campus parkrun all the way down in Cornwall!
