Your data is passed to England Athletics and will be accessible to Sinfin Running Club Committee members. This data is used to facilitate Club administration and communication but is never shared with third parties. Some information (e.g., medical notes), may be shared with designated Club Run Leaders but only where it is deemed necessary for the benefit of Health and Safety on Club runs.

By joining the Club you are consenting to receiving Club communications via email and social media and are agreeing to the use of your name, references and images being used by the Club on social media for non-commercial Club purposes.

Membership fee information is available online at www.sinfinrc.co.uk/joinus. An online payment request link will be sent through to you upon acceptance of this form and setup with England Athletics, full payment is required within 14 days to complete the membership setup process.

Please note that the information entered will be used and managed by Sinfin Running Club to create a membership account on the England Athletics portal. New members will receive notification of their account details directly from England Athletics and in addition an online request for payment of membership fees. New members are requested to pay fees promptly to complete the membership setup process. The club Membership Secretary will contact members by email on receipt of completed membership forms.
